高原高血压24h动态血压研究

摘    要:目的观察高原高血压24h动态血压变化.方法应用美国Spacelabs90207动态血压监测仪观察了60例高原高血压24h动态血压并与年龄、性别相匹配的60例高血压病(EH)患者进行比较.结果高原高血压患者24h血压节律与EH基本相同,两组患者夜间血压水平均明显下降,但高原高血压以DBP增高为著;高原高血压患者与EH患者24h血压曲线白昼(600~2200)及夜间(2200~600)曲线均呈重叠、交叉状态.结论凡移居高原前血压正常,移居高原后血压持续增高,能除外原发和继发性高血压,24h动态血压监测显示血压波动曲线呈长柄杓型,且以DBP增高为著,提示为高原高血压.返回平原后血压能恢复正常.

Abstract:ve To observe 24 -hour ambulatory Wood pressure of 60 patients with hypertension at high altitude. Methods 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure of 60 patients with hypertension at high altitude was compared with the patients with essential hypertension(EH) matched in age and sex. Results The diurnal and nocturnal blood pressure rhythm of hypertension at high altitude was similar to that of EH. The nocturnal blood pressure of both groups decreased a lot. Hypertension at high altitude mainly involves elevation of diastolic pressure. The diurnal and nocturnal curves of both groups overlapped. Conclusion Those with normal blood pressure increased their blood pressure continuously after setting at high altitude except essential and secondary hypertension and the 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure mainly involves diastolic,it is indicated hypertension at high altitude, which could be restored to normal when returning to plain.
