低剂量吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌临床观察

目的:探讨低剂量持续静脉滴注吉西他滨联合顺铂作为晚期乳腺癌的疗效、毒副作用、耐受性、中位生存时间,寻找更经济、实用、有效的二线治疗方案。方法:对30例晚期乳腺患者使用低剂量吉西他滨联合顺铂方案化疗:吉他西滨250mg/m2静滴6h,d1、8;顺铂25mg/m2静滴,d1~d3,每三周为一疗程;连续使用二疗程后评价。结果:30例总有效率(CR PR)53.3%;毒副反应较轻,主要恶心和呕吐、骨髓抑制(特别是血小板下降)等,但停药后能自行恢复,未发现出血现象,无相关死亡。结论:低剂量持续静脉滴注吉西他滨联合顺铂是治疗晚期乳腺癌可行的化疗方案之一,疗效和安全性较高,价格便宜,副作用较少,值得临床推广应用

The Clinical Observation of Low-dose Gemcitabine Combined Cisplatin in Treating Advanced Breast Cancer

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy, side-effects,tolerance,median lifetime of prolonged infusion of low-dose gemcitabine combined cisplatin in treating advanced breast cancer,to search the economic practical effective second-line therapy protocols.Method: 30 patients with advanced breast cancer used the therapy protocols of prolonged infusion of low-dose gemcitabine combined Cisplatin with Gemcitabine Infusion 250mg/m2 6 hours in the first and the eighth day,cisplatin Infusion 25mg/m2 in the first to the third day,3 weeks for one courses of treatment,to evaluate the clinical efficacy,after two courses of treatment.Result:The total effective rate(CR PR) was 53.3 % with mild side-effect of nausea,vomiting and myelosuppressive(special thrombocytopenia),the symptoms above recovered after chemothera withdraw,and without hemorrhage and related mortality.Conclusion: The therapy protocols of prolonged Infusion of Low-dose Gemcitabine combined cisplatin was one of effective therapy protocols in advanced breast cancer with higher safety and lower cost,slight side-effects,it can be populized in clinic
