加味青麟丸对高脂血症小鼠血脂代谢的影响

摘    要:目的观察加味青麟丸对高脂血症小鼠血脂代谢的影响。方法将50只大鼠随机分为5组,即正常对照组、模型对照组、加味青麟丸低剂量组、加味青麟丸高剂量组和辛伐他汀组,各10只。除正常对照组喂饲普通饲料外,其余各组均喂饲高脂饲料。同时,各组予相应药物灌胃,加味青麟丸低、高剂量组分别予加味青麟丸1.5、3.0g,(kg·d),辛伐他汀组予辛伐他汀6.6mg/(kg·d),正常对照组和模型对照组予等量体蒸馏水,各组均每日1次灌胃,连续灌胃4周。测定血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)的含量。结果加味青麟丸低、高剂量组及辛伐他汀组TC、TG和LDL—C含量均明显低于模型对照组(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),HDL—C含量明显高于模型对照组(P〈0.01);加味青麟丸低、高剂量组和辛伐他汀组血清TC、LDL—C和HDL—C比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而加味青麟丸高、低剂量组血清TG的含量低于辛伐他汀组(P〈0.05),加味青麟丸高、低剂量组之间TG、TC、LDL—C和HDL—C比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论加味青麟丸具有较好的调节血脂代谢的作用。

Effect of Qinglin Pill on lipid metabolism in hyperlipemia mice

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Qinglin Pill on lipid metabolism in hyperlipemia mice. Method 50 rats were randomly divided into five groups, they were normal group, model control group, Qinglin Pill low dosage group, Qinglin Pill high dosage group and Simvastatin group. Besides normal group other rats in four groups were feed by high fat diet for establishing model of hyperlipemia. At that time distilled water, low dosage Qinglin Pill (1.5 g/Kg·d), high dosage Qinghn (3.0 g/Kg·d)and Simvastatin were lavaged in difference groups. TC, TG, LDC- C and HDC- C in serum of rats were measured in each group. Result Qinglin Pill can remarkably decrease the content of TC, TG, LDL - C and increase the content of HDL- C in the serum of the model mice. Conclusion Qinglin Pill can play a role in regulating lipid metabolism.
