探索成批伤员在急诊科的救护程序

Study on the emergency care procedure of mass injuried in the emergency department

In this article, the emergency care proceducre of mass injuried in the emergency department is introduced. Rapid examination and rational work division are the two keys , while the consistence of the e-mergency care is emphasized. The primary object of the emergency care is shortening the time of examination and improving the accuracy of examination. The primary task is making rational work division to bring the highest effects of doctors and nurses. The primary assurance is the successive work. The way of rapid examination, two "Five Indicators", emergency care and work division procedure, the opening of observing field and so forth are all discussed in the article. Our opinion is that: the success or failure of the e-mergency care can not only reflect the administration and medical skill of a hospital, but also reflect the nursing administration, nurse skill and quality of hospital.
