| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨循证护理在脑卒中病人压疮预防中的应用效果.[方法]选择516例脑卒中病人为对照组,520例脑卒中病人为观察组,对照组进行常规传统护理,观察组进行循证护理.观察并比较两组病人压疮发生情况.[结果]观察组压疮发生率为0.19%,对照组压疮发生率为1.30%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).[结论]循证护理可有效预防脑卒中病人压疮的发生. |
