分层次日目标在内科护理教学中的应用

摘    要:
目的观察分层次日目标在内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选择2005年7月~2006年6月在内科实习的93名护生为对照组,采用分层次周目标教学;2006年7月-2007年6月在内科实习的119名护生为实验组。采用分层次日目标教学,比较两组护生实习总成绩和应用护理程序能力情况。结果观察组护生实习总成绩为(88.7±3.6)分,对照组护生为(86.4±4.4)分,两组总成绩比较,t=-3.96,P〈0.01,差异有统计学意义。观察组护生应用护理程序综合考试成绩为(86.1±4.8)分,对照组护生为(83.4±5.2)分,两组成绩比较,t=-3.91,P〈0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论分层次日目标在内科护理教学中的应用提高了临床教学质量,同时也提高了带教老师学习的积极性。

Use of weekly and daily target teaching in clinical nursing teaching
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of the weekly and daily target teaching on clinical nursing teaching. Method The 93 full-time student nurses from July 2005 to June 2006 were defined as the control group, where the weekly target teaching was implemented, while another 119 full-time student nurses from July 2006 to June 2007 as the experiment group, where the daily target teaching was implemented. Results The total scores of the experiment group and the control group were 88.704 ± 3.663, and 86.426 ±4.472, respectively. The difference was significant between the groups (t = -3.96, P 〈 0.01). The scores on comprehensive examination on nursing procedure between the two groups were 86.179 ± 4.802 and 83.441 ± 5.221, respectively. The difference was significant between them (t = -3.91, P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The effect of the daily target teaching, better than the weekly target teaching in clinical nursing teaching, can amuse the teacher's activeness to instruct the student nurses.
