| 摘 要： | 目的:研究中药泻心汤的抗菌效应.方法:以金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及绿脓杆菌为受试菌,采用倍比稀释法,观察泻心汤的最低抑菌浓度;采用血清药理学方法,观察大鼠灌服泻心汤12g/kg后15 min、4 h血清的抑菌效应.结果:泻心汤在体外对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为6.25、6.25和100mg/ml;而大鼠给药后含药血清仅具有较弱的抑菌作用.结论:泻心汤在体外具有一定抑菌效应,其含药血清抑菌作用较弱,有待进一步研究. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the antibacterial effects of "Xiexin Decoction". Methods:Four bacterial strains were used in this test. Double dilution method was adopted to determine the minimal inhibitory concentration of "Xiexin Decoction" in vitro. Rat serum was collected respectively at 15 min and 4 h after oral administration of "Xiexin Decoction" with the dosage at 12 g/kg in the serum pharmacological experiment. Results:"Xiexin Decoction" showed different antibacterial effects on staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus epidermidis and E. Coli in vitro. However, the antibacterial effects in the serum pharmacological experiment were weak. Conclusion:"Xiexin Decoction"in vitro has some antibacterial effects, which becomes much weak in rat serum after oral administration of the decoction. |
