| Abstract: | The safety of the laparoscopy setup is an important issue to guarantee continuous quality of laparoscopic interventions. Important issues are visualization, the insufflator and especially electrosurgery. Appropriate training of the OR personnel and clear responsibilities should be defined. Checklists are advised. |
