233例医疗纠纷赔偿额影响因素分析

目的了解医疗纠纷赔偿的情况，探讨影响医疗纠纷赔偿额的因素。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法，对山东省4地市50所医院2001年～2005年中处理的233例医疗纠纷赔偿情况进行调查分析。结果医疗机构级别及发生年份与医疗纠纷赔偿额度无明显相关关系，而发生医疗纠纷的原因、医疗纠纷的损害后果、医疗纠纷的处理方式、处理时间长短、患方在医疗纠纷处理过程中有无非法行为、医疗机构的鉴定方式等，则是影响医疗纠纷赔偿额的重要因素。结论注重提高医疗质量，加强医患沟通，积极依法解决医疗纠纷。

An Analysis of Influencing Factors of Compensation in 233 Medical Treatment Disputes

Objectives To get to know compensation in medical treatment disputes and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Compensation of 233 medical treatment disputes in 50 hospitals in 4 cities of Shangdong from 2001 to 2005 was chosen by stratified cluster sampling and analyzed.Results The important influencing factors of compensation fee included the causes and damages,the way and time of solving disputes,whether the patients having illegal behaviours in the period of claiming compensation or not and the appraisal results of medical institutions.Conclusions Great importance should be attached to raise the quality of medical treatment.Besides,the communication between doctors and patients should be strengthened and medical treat disputes should be solved legally.
