盘状结构域受体在人肝癌、肝硬化与正常肝组织中的表达及其意义

目的 研究人肝癌、肝硬化及正常肝组织中盘状结构域受体DDR1、DDR2的表达情况,了解DDRs表达在上述组织中的表达有无差异及其相关性.方法 分别采用免疫组化及Western blotting技术检测38例肝癌合并肝硬化患者的肝癌与肝硬化组织及正常肝组织中DDRs蛋白的表达,探讨DDRs表达情况与肝癌及肝硬化的关系.结果 DDR1在肝癌组织中的表达率及表达水平显著高于肝硬化及正常肝组织,DDR2在肝硬化组织中的表达率及表达水平高于肝癌及正常肝组织.结论 DDR1与肝癌的发生与发展可能相关,DDR2可能与肝硬化的发生发展相关.

Expression significance of discoidin domain receptor subtypes in patients with hepato-carcinoma,hepatic cirrhosis and normal persons

Objective To ascertain differential level and correlation of discoidin domain receptors subtypes and major subtypes in patients with Hepato -carcinoma, hepatic cirrhosis and normal persons. Methods Protein expressions of diseoidin domain receptors subtypes were detected in live tissue of 38 Hepato - carcinoma and hepatic cirrhosis patients and normal person by immunohistochemistry and western blotting. Results The expression and expression level of DDR1 in hepato - cellular carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than the rate of liver cirrhosis and normal liver tissues. The expression rate and expression level of DDR2 in liver cirrhosis were significantly higher than that in hepato- carcinoma and normal liver tissues. Conclusion DDR1 may be related to the occurrence and development of HCC, and DDR2 may be related to the onset and development of cirrhosis of liver.
