5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣的Meta分析

摘    要:
目的评价5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法对降低尖锐湿疣复发率的有效性。方法检索知网、万方和维普数据库中涉及尖锐湿疣的2009年至2013年年度文献,按照纳入研究标准筛选文献,并采用Stata/SE 11.0软件对质量较好的文献进行Meta分析。结果纳入9篇均为对比研究采用光动力疗法或者CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣的文献,随机效应模型Meta分析显示5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法的复发率低于CO2激光疗法的复发率[OR=4.121,95%CI(3.162,5.374),P0.01]。结论 5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法确实可降低尖锐湿疣的复发率,但由于文献数量和质量有限,以上结论有待日后进一步验证。

Abstract:
Objective To analyze availability of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (5-5-ALA PDT) in reducing the relapse rate of condyloma aeuminatum. Methods Literatures involved in condyloma acuminatum from year 2009 to 2013 were searched in CNKI, Wanfang -data or CQVIP database and screened based on researching standards. The literatures of better quality were meta-analyzed using Stata/SE11.0 software. Results Nine literatures involved in 5-ALA-PDT or CO2 laser treatment on condyloma acuminatum were selected. Meta-analysis of random effects model have shown that relapse rate of condyloma acuminatum under 5-ALA-PDT was lower than that of condyloma acuminatum under CO2 laser therapy [ OR =4. 121, 95% CI (3.16, 5.37), P〈0.01 ]. Conclusion 5- ALA-PDT can reduce relapse rate of condyloma acuminatum, which need to be further validated due to the limited quantity and quality of literatures.
