| 摘 要： | 目的比较两种心肌肌钙蛋白纯化方法。方法取意外死亡者心脏，分别采用醇、醚处理和加热处理两种不同方法进行人心肌肌钙蛋白（ＣＴｎＴ）的提取纯化。结果醇醚处理法提取周期较长、步骤繁琐，但经初步纯化后，杂蛋白含量较低，１００ｇ人心室肌组织可提取３５．３ｍｇＣＴｎＴ；加热法步骤简单，提取时间较短，但得率较低，１００ｇ人心室肌组织可提取１１．７９ｍｇＣＴｎＴ，而且粗品内含较多杂蛋白成分。结论两种方法各有优缺点，均能用于人心肌肌钙蛋白的提取和纯化 |

| Abstract: | Objective To comparison of two methods of purifing human cardiac troponin T(CTnT).The cardial musles tissue was extracted. Methods From accidental death.Greaser ML 's method and Jin Jian-Ping's method were separately used.Results One of the methods has the characteristics of receiving more pure troponin T in initial extraction than another,but the weakness of consuming longer time, more steps than another.Conclusion Both of them can be employed to extract human cardiac troponin T. |
