| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨MRI对眼部疾病的诊断价值,分析MRI图像特征对开眶手术入路及合并症的预测性,对眼肿瘤局部控制切除的指导性。方法:对68例患有神经眼科病变、眼眶病变和球内占位病变的患者进行MRI检查,结合临床和病理对比分析。结果:多发性硬化、眼眶占位病变、垂体微腺病、脉络膜黑瘤、Rb和Coats病等显示了特异的MRI征象,MRI对开眶手术设计和合并症预测有直接指导意义。结论:MRI对神经眼科病变、眼眶占位病变、眼内病变具有独特的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。成像方法的改进眼眶线圈、顺磁对比剂的应用对眼部病变的定性有一定意义。眼科学报 1995;11:216—220。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose: To investigate the application of MRI in ocular diseases and analysis the character of MRI-s parameters in these diseases.Methods :MRI was applied among 68 patients with neurophthalmic disorders, orbits diseases, and intraocular lensions.Results: The position (location) and feature of the lesions were diagnosed with clinical analysis.Conclusion: MRI possesses the special value in the differentiation diagnosis of neurophthalmic diseases, orbit disordes and intraocular conditions.
