微波热凝治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究

目的观察微波热凝治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将98例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为两组,其中观察组49例,给予微波热凝治疗,对照组49例,给予布地奈德鼻喷剂喷鼻治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组和对照组近期疗效差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;远期疗效观比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论微波热凝治疗变应性鼻炎疗效显著,值得临床上广泛应用。

The clinical study of microwave treatment on allergic rhinitis

Objective To observe the clinical effects of microwave treatment on allergic rhinitis.Methods 98 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups,49 cases of the observation group were treated by microwave therapy and 49 cases of the control were given budesonid,the clinical effects in the two groups were compared.Results The difference of the short-term effect of the two groups was not significant（P 〉0.05） and the difference of the long-term effect in the two groups was significant（P〈 0.05） .Conclusion The clinical effect of microwave treatment on allergic rhinitis is better,and it is worth to promote.
