布地奈德混悬液加沙丁胺醇溶液雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效观察

目的:探讨布地奈德混悬液加沙丁胺醇雾化溶液雾化吸入对毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法:58例患儿随机分为三组,在综合治疗的基础上治疗组予布地奈德混悬液、沙丁胺醇雾化溶液雾化吸入,对照组Ⅰ单用沙丁胺醇雾化溶液雾化吸入,对照组Ⅱ用地塞米松雾化吸入治疗。对治疗后的临床症状和体征改善情况相比较。结果:治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,尤其优于对照组Ⅱ(P<0.01)。结论:治疗组对毛细支气管炎患儿在迅速缓解喘憋、呼吸困难等方面疗效确切。

Efficacy of aerosol inhalation of budesonide respules and salbutamol respirator solution in the treatment of capillary bronchiolitis

Objective: To explore the clinical curative effects of budesonide respules and salbutamol respirator solution in reducing the sensitivity of capillary bronchiolitis like breathlessness. Methods: 58 cases with capillary bronchiolitis were randomly divided into 3 groups: the treatment group, on the basis of comprehensive therapy was given, budesonide respules and salbutamol respirator solution; the control group I only salbutamol respirator solution to the control group II of dexamethasoni. The difference in improvement of symptoms and physical sings were observed in these 3 groups. Results: The treatment group obtained a better clinical curative effect than control groups, especially much better than the control group II. Conclusion: It's effective, safe and quick to treat capillary bronchiolitis with aerosol inhalation.
