紫草膏对化疗性静脉炎防治作用的研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨紫草膏外涂对化疗性静脉炎的防治作用。 方法 :选择24只健康新西兰白兔,所有动物均采用自身对照,右耳实验组, 左耳为对照组,实验组和对照组各给予多柔比星5 mg(2 g ·L-1)耳缘静脉注射, 建立白兔耳缘静脉损伤模型。实验组按规定时间外涂紫草膏,对照组不处理。 结果 : 白兔耳缘静脉局部大体表现及病理指标,两组比较差异有统计学意义( P <0. 05)。 结论 : 采用紫草膏外涂能明显减轻对血管的损伤,从而保护血管,降低静脉炎发生率。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the evaluation of amebia plasper that may prevent and treat chemical phlebitis. Method : The test employed 24 health new zealand white rabbits, right ears as test group and left ears as control group. Test group and left group were all injected doxorubicin 5 mg with 2 g ·L-1 concentration and then established an injury model of rabbit ear vein.Test group were given amebia plasper, but control group were not. Result : There were statistically significant in the pathology of partial venous between test group and control on rabbit ear vein(P<0.05). Conclusion : Amebia plasper was a kind of effective medicine to prevent and treat phlebitis from reducing vein injury and protecting blood vessels.
