铜绿假单胞菌耐药机制的研究进展

摘    要:铜绿假单胞菌(PA)是医院内感染及获得性感染的最常见革兰阴性条件致病菌之一。广谱抗生素的大量应用致其耐药情况日趋严重,特别是多重耐药及泛耐药株的出现,成为临床上治疗最棘手的问题。PA的耐药机制极为复杂,主要包括外膜蛋白的缺失或突变;主动外排机制;产生β内酰胺酶和氨基糖苷类修饰酶;青霉素结合蛋白和DNA拓扑异构酶的改变;生物被膜的形成等。

Abstract:Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA)has become one of the main gram-negative organisms responsible for hospital infections and obtained infections.Owing to widespread uses of broad-spectrum antibiotic,the drug-resistant of PA has become more serious,especially that the multi-drug resistant(MDR)and pan-drug resistant(PDR)of PA increasing has become one of the most intractable problems in clinical.Mechanisms of antimicrobial resistance are complex,including lack or mutation of outer membrane protein,active efflux pumps,production of β-lactamases and aminoglycoside modifying enzymes,altered penicillin-binding proteins and DNA topoisomerase and biofilms forming.
