兔半肝切除和睾丸切除前后血清甲状腺素的变化

目的：探讨左半肝切除、睾丸切除对血清甲状腺激素的影响。方法：分组行兔左半肝切除、睾丸切除，且分别于术前1d、术后24h、术后48h、术后1w、术后1个月、术后2个月取外周静脉血，监测甲状腺激素的变化。结果：TT4、TT3术后24h明显降低；术后48h、术后1w逐渐回升，TT3较TT4回升幅度大，术后1个月二者接近术前水平，术后2个月已完全复原；但TT4、TT3的变化幅度与手术创伤大小有关。结论：肝切除、睾丸切除术后出现正常甲状腺病态综合征或非甲状腺疾病综合征，与5’-脱碘酶活性受抑制、含量下降和血浆蛋白降低有关；出现非甲状腺疾病综合征的严重程度与手术创伤大小有关。

Changes of serum thyroxin before and after hemihepatectomy and orchiectomy

Objective:To evaluate the effect of hemihepatectomy and orchiectomy on serum thyroxin.Methods:The hemihepatectomy and the orchiectomy were performed in experimental rabbits,peripheral blood samples were drawn on the day prior to surgery,and at 24 hours,48 hours,in the first week,one month,two months,respectively,after operation for monitoring the seram thyroxin.Results:The level of TT 4 and TT 3 significantly decreased at 24 hour postoperatively,and gradually rose at 48 hour and up to normal levels in the first week postoperatively. The raised degree of TT 3 was higher than that of TT 4,both of them approached to the same level of preoperative measurement in the first month. TT 3 and TT 4 returned to normal level in the second month postoperatively but the changed range of TT 3 and TT 4 were related to the operative injury.Conclusion:The syndrome of normal thyroid or non-thyroid disease after hemihepatectomy and orchiectomy is related to the inhibition of the activity and decreasing of the concentration of serum 5'-deiodinase and the reduction of the serum albumin,but the severity degree of non-thyroid disease syndromes is related to the operative injury.
