2004-2005年深圳市6城区社区卫生资源配置状况分析

目的 探讨深圳市6城区社区卫生服务资源配置状况度其公平性程度，为社区卫生资源配置公平性评价方法提供实践依据。方法 采用Lorenz曲线和Cini系数对2004-2005年深圳市6城区社区卫生服务资源配置状况进行评价．结果 深圳市6城区社区卫生技术人员总数、社区医生人数、社区护士人数、社区卫生服务机构数、市政府投入经费等在人口配置上．2004年Gini系数分别为0．28、030、O．26、0．19、0．16；2005年Gini系数分别为0．23、0125、0．27、0．16、0．均处于最佳的公平状态。结论 深圳市6城区社区卫生技术人员总数、社区医生人数、社区护士人数、社区卫生服务机构数、市政府对社区卫生服务投入经费等资源在人口配置上已达到较好的公平性。

A Study on Equity of Resource Allocation for Community Health Services

OBJECTIVE To evaluate on the equity of resources allocation for community health services in Shenzhen and provide empirical study results of applying methods in the evaluation for a rational resources allocation. METHODS 6 areas were selected sampling in Shenzhen for 2004-2005 by means of questionnaire and observation. The methods of analysis of the Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient were adopted. RESULTS The results of analysis by the Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient showed that the Gini coefficients were separately 0.28, 0.30, 0.26, 0.19, 0.16 in the aspects of the medical worker number, doctor number, nurse number, organizations number as well as government devoting outlay based on the local population distribution in 2004, while the Gini coefficients were 0.23, 0.25, 0.27, 0.16, 0 in 2005, which indicated they were in a perfect or normal status. CONCLUSIONS The resources allocation of community health services of 6 area in Shenzhen have arrived at a perfect or normal status. Gini coefficient is as a evaluation, index on equity of resources allocation for community health services.
