| 摘 要： | 目的:观察合欢颗粒的临床疗效。方法:收集抑郁症病例60例,随机分为两组。治疗组30例,冲服合欢颗粒治疗;对照组30例,口服刺五加片治疗。两组同时服药6周后疗效比较。结果:治疗组痊愈16例,显著进步8例,进步3例,无效3例,总有效率为90%;对照组痊愈11例,显著进步7例,进步4例,无效8例,总有效率为73.33%,经χ2检验,两组有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:合欢颗粒具有抗抑郁、改善睡眠的作用,治疗抑郁症合并失眠具有显著疗效。 |
