六步法乳房按摩促进母婴分离产妇泌乳Ⅱ期启动的效果观察

目的观察六步法乳房按摩促进母婴分离产妇泌乳Ⅱ期启动的效果。方法2018年10月至2019年2月,便利抽样法选取广州市某三级甲等综合性医院产科符合入组条件产妇为研究对象,按入院先后将其分为对照组(n=65)和观察组(n=63)。对照组产妇给予常规的母乳喂养指导,观察组产妇在常规母乳喂养指导的基础上进行规范的六步法乳房按摩。观察两组产妇的泌乳Ⅱ期启动时间、产后1周泌乳量及乳房胀痛情况。结果观察组产妇平均泌乳Ⅱ期启动时间较对照组更早,产后1周内泌乳量较对照组上升幅度更大,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组产妇总体乳房胀痛评分均低于对照组,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05);且不同时间点之间的疼痛评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六步法乳房按摩能加快母婴分离产妇泌乳Ⅱ期的启动,有效减轻产妇乳房胀痛的疼痛程度,提高泌乳量,从而提高母乳喂养率。

Effect of Six Step Breast Massage on Promoting the Second Stage of Lactation of Mothers Separating from Their Infants

Objective To observe the effect of six-step breast massage on promoting the initiation of lactation stageⅡand alleviating breast pain in mothers separated from their infants.Methods From October 2018 to February 2019,eligible parturients from a general hospital in Guangzhou were selected as the study objects by convenience sampling method,and divided them into the control group(n=65)and the observation group(n=63)according to the admission sequence.The control group was given regular breastfeeding guidance,and the observation group was given standard six-step breast massage on the basis of regular breastfeeding guidance.The starting time of lactation stageⅡ,the amount of lactation in one week after delivery and the condition of breast distention and pain were observed.Results In the observation group,the start time of the second stage of lactation was earlier than that in the control group,and the amount of lactation in one week after delivery was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).The overall breast pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference of pain score between different time points was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Six-step breast massage can accelerate the start-up of the second stage of lactation,effectively reduce the pain of breast distention,improve the amount of lactation,and thus improve the rate of breast-feeding.
