基于文献计量学分析我国空运后送伤员安全管理的研究现状

目的了解我国空运后送伤员安全管理的研究状况及发展趋势,为进一步研究提供理论参考。方法以中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库为数据来源,检索国内空运后送伤员安全管理相关文献。利用Note Express、Excel2016软件建立数据库,采用文献计量学方法对文献的年度发文量、期刊载文量、基金支持、研究内容等进行分析。结果共检索134篇文献,最终纳入符合标准的文献86篇,刊文数量居前3位的期刊为《解放军医院管理杂志》、《人民军医》、《空军医学杂志》,占发文总量的41.87%;其中实施伤员运送演练培训、密切观察伤员生命体征及配备急救物品等是空运后送伤员安全管理的主要措施。结论立足战场环境,探索适合我国空运后送救护的训练模式,加大对空运后送伤员安全管理的深入研究,具有非常重要的军事意义。

Current Status of Airlift Casualty Safety Management in China Based on Bibliometrics

Objective To understand the research status and development trend of patient safety management during air transport in China,and provide theoretical reference for further research.Methods Based on the data source of CNKI,we searched the literature related to patient safety management with air transport.The database was built by Note Express and Excel 2016 software,and the bibliometric was used to analyze the annual publication volume of the literature,the amount of journals,the fund support,and the research content.Results Totally 134 articles were selected,and 86 articles that met the criteria were finally included.The top 3 journals were Hospital Administration Journal of Chinese People’s Liberation Army,People’s Military Surgeon,and Medical Journal of Air Force,which accounted for 41.87%of the total number of articles published.Among them,the implementation of the training transport drills,close observation of the vital signs and the provision of first-aid items were the main measures for the safety management of the wounded after air transport.Conclusions Based on the battlefield environment,it is of great military significance to explore a training system suitable for airlifting nurses in China and to increase the in-depth study on the safety management of wounded with aeromedical evacuation.
