新型冠状病毒肺炎定点收治医院工作人员发热健康管理策略

摘    要:目的制定定点收治医院工作人员发热健康管理策略,对发热人员进行科学分层管理,以促进新型冠状病毒肺炎患者定点收治医院工作人员身心健康、有力保障医院救治力量。方法组织专人管理、开通绿色通道,制定分区首诊、分楼收容、分层观察的“三分原则”,明确初步筛查、分类确诊、观察管理“三阶段”诊疗路径,对定点收治医院工作人员发热进行流程化管理。结果科室及个人报告流程畅通、健康管理团队职责明确,发热人员按流程能得到及时高效的诊治安排。结论发热健康管理策略为医院发热工作人员提供了科学的医学观察方式、最快的诊疗路径、最优的服务与支持,能有效减少其交叉感染和身心压力,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To establish a health management strategy for the fever staff in the hospital receiving novel coronavirus pneumonia patients,in order to promote the overall health of the staff and ensure the manpower of the hospital.Methods To organize special personnel to manage and open the green channel,to formulate the“three principles”of the first diagnosis in different areas,reception in different buildings and observation in different layers,to clarify the“three stages”diagnosis and treatment path,the health care providers with fever were managed with special routing.Results The individual reporting process was smooth,the responsibility of the health management team was clear,and the fever personnel could get timely and efficient treatment arrangement according to the strategy.Conclusions This strategy provides the fastest way of diagnosis and treatment,the best service and support for the fever staff in the hospital.It can effectively reduce the cross infection and staff’s pressure,which is worth popularizing.
