固视训练应用于表面麻醉下白内障手术患者防止术中眼位移动的效果

目的探讨固视训练应用于表面麻醉下白内障手术防止术中眼位移动的效果。方法便利抽样法选取2017年9月至2018年8月在某院住院、行白内障超声乳化+人工晶体植入术患者240例为研究对象,按入院先后将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各120例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者于手术前15~30 min行固视训练。观察两组患者主动调整眼位情况、术中眼位发生偏移例数及手术时间。结果观察组患者卧于手术床后主动调整眼位例数、术中眼位发生偏移例数均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论术前对单纯表面麻醉下行白内障超声乳化加人工晶体植入术的患者行固视训练,可达到提高表面麻醉白内障手术患者主动配合能力,并可有效减少患者术中眼位发生移动的概率及频率。

Effects of Fixation Training on Preventing Eye Position Movement in Patients Undergoing Cataract Surgery with Topical Anesthesia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of fixation training on the prevention of changes in the eye position during the operation of cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation under surface anesthesia.Methods By convenience sampling methods,240 patients who were hospitalized in a hospital from September 2017 to August 2018 for cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to their admission sequence,with 120 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care while the experimental group received fixation training 15 to 30 minutes prior to the surgery operation.Parameters such as number of active eye movement,number of eye position shift occurred,the frequency of eye position adjustment and the total surgery time were recorded during the surgeries.Results In the experimental group,the number of eye position was adjusted actively after the operation bed,the number of deviation cases occurred during the operation was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Fixation training prior to the phacoemulsification cataract surgery and intraocular lens implants with surface anesthesia can improve patients’ability to cooperate more effectively and reduce the probability and frequency of eye movement during the surgery.
