摘    要:【目的】了解白色念珠菌生物膜生长动力学特点及白念菌生物膜的动态形成过程。【方法】白色念珠菌菌株Ca40在经过血清处理的灭菌血盖片上形成生物膜,经过结晶紫染色后在连电脑光学显微镜下,动态观察生物膜的形成过程,采用甲基四氮盐(tetrazolium salt,XTT)减低法测定生物膜生长动力学。【结果】白色念珠菌可以在血盖片上形成典型的、成熟的生物膜结构,其形成过程有早期、中期、晚期3个阶段。白念菌生物膜活性随培养时间延长而增加,48h后代谢活性相对稳定。【结论】白色念珠菌生物膜具有三维立体空间结构,其结构具有多样、不均质、开放的特点。

Abstract:[Objective ] To investigate the growth kinetics and the formation of Candida albicans biofilm. [ Methods ] Candida albicans strain Ca40 formed biofilm on the glass covers and processed by serum in 6 well cell culture plates.The biofilm structure was observed by optic microscope with computer. The quantitative analysis of the formation of biofilm was performed by XTT reduction method. [Results] Candida albicans could form mature and typic biofilm structure on the glass covers, and the biofilm formation proceeded through three distinct developmental phases. [Conclusion] The structure of Canida albieans biofilm is three-dimensioned, heterogeneous,exoteric and of various forms.
