| 摘 要： | 对５９名有围产期窒息史的儿童１１岁时的智力、神经心理功能及行为进行定式测量，与正常分娩对照组相比，上述功能均无显著差异。在儿童６岁时所观察到的视觉运动功能较差及行为问题较多等现象已不复存在。 |

| Abstract: | Four groups of subjects were included in this study. They were : children with the history of mild neonatal asphyxia (N=25),children with the history of severe but transitory neonatal ashyxia (N=12),children with the history of intrapartum asphyxia (N=22),and a control group of children who ahd normal deliveries(N=24).WISC CR,HRB CR,and Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist were used as assessment instruments.These tests were administered respectively when children aged six and aged eleven .No significant difference was found among 4 groups in IQ either in the first or the second study. In the first study backwardness in visual -motor functioning and morebehavior problems were revealed in asphyxiated groups ,but these differences disappeared in the second study. |
