摘    要:采用在溶媒中加入锌试剂,实现葡萄糖酸锌片过程监测,建立光纤传感过程分析方法监测葡萄糖酸锌片的溶出度.FODT的标准曲线方程为Y=149.28X+0.74,回归系数r=0.9992.FODT法经与中国药典(Ch.P)2000年版方法对照,提取的参数无显著性差异.该方法能够有效测定固体药物的体外溶出度,获得的数据信息完整,反映了药物在体外的溶出全过程.

Abstract:A method which can monitor the dissolution rate of zinc gluconate tablets by fiber-optic process analysis was established.It accomplished the on-line monitoring of zinc gluconate tablets by adding zincon to solvent.The average standard curve equation was Y=149.28X +0.74,with r of 0.9992.The dissolution parameters obtained by FODT had no significant difference compared with the method in Ch.P 2000(P0.05).This process analysis is capable of monitoring the real dissolution process of a drug,and in vitro dissolution properties of the tablets are reflected and obtain the total information.
