72例急诊颅脑外伤患者的抢救护理探讨

目的 探讨程序化急救护理在急诊颅脑外伤抢救中的作用.方法 回顾性分析2010年4月至2011年4月经我科急救治疗的颅脑外伤患者的临床护理资料.结果 72例患者经过科学规范化、程序化的急救护理措施,抢救成功65例,抢救成功率达90.28%.结论 迅速准确科学得力的抢救治疗是提高抢救急诊颅脑外伤成功的关键.通过规范化、程序化的合理分工,全面地进行抢救,为挽救患者生命赢得宝贵时间,提高抢救成功率.

72 cases of emergency rescuing and nursing care of patients with traumatic brain injury

Objective To approach the effect of sequencing emergency nursing on salvage of emergen-cy serious craniocerebral trauma.Methods The clinical nursing data of 72 patients with craniocerebral trauma who received emergency treatment by our department from 2010 April to 2011 April were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 72 caese of patients,after the scientific standard and sequencing emergency nursing,65 cases of patients were successfully rescued,the successful rescue rate was 90.28%.Conclusion Quick,accurate,scientific and capable emergency nursing is the key to improve the success rate of craniocerebral trauma emergency rescue.Through normalized and sequencing reasonable division of labour,to carry out comprehensive rescue,can won valuable time to save the life of patient,and improve the success rate.
