神经生长因子受体(p75)在下颌骨骨折愈合中的表达及意义的研究

目的：探讨神经生长因子受体-p75在骨折愈合过程的表达及其对骨折愈合的影响.方法：本实验选用32只白兔随机分为8组（每组4只）：对0、1、3、5、7、14、21、28 d组.制作右下颌骨骨折模型,立即行钛板固定.术后实验组动物分别在1、3、5、7、14、21、28 d处死.切取下颌骨脱钙后制作骨组织切片,分别行苏木精-伊红染色,NGFR-p75的免疫组化染色.结果：NGFR-p75在未骨折组仅仅弱阳性表达,而在骨折愈合过程中表达阳性,5～7 d达到高峰,到21 d与对照组比较无显著性差异.结论：NGFR-p75在骨折的愈合过程中,通过与NGF的结合,调节骨细胞的活性,对于骨折愈合过程中的修复重建起到重要作用.

Significance and Expression of Nerve Growth Factor Receptor (p75)during Mandible Fracture Healing.

Objective:To explore the expression of nerve growth factor receptor(NGFR-p75) during fracture healing and to discuss the effect of NGF during fracture healing.Methods:A total of 32 rabbits were studied in this experiment.All animals were separated into 8 groups randomly:control,1d,3d,5d,7d,14d,21d,28d.Right mandible fracture model was established,then fixed with titanium plate immediately.Animals of experimental group were executed at 1d,3d,5d,7d,14d,21d,28d.Right mandibles were cut and sections were made after decalcification,then dealed with HE,NGFR immunohistochemical staining.Results:NGFR-p75 had light immunostaining in unfracture group,strong immunostaining in fracture group.p75 achieved pinnacle at 5-7d after fracture.At 21d the expression of fracture group was the same as unfracture group.Conclusion:Our study indicated that NGFR-p75 may control the activation of bone cells through connected with NGF during fracture healing and is important with the restoring and rebuilding of bone.
