葡萄柚汁对临床药物的作用

葡萄柚及其果汁在中国的消费量在日益增长,因其富含果胶、黄酮类、呋喃香豆素及其他许多化学成分,日益为消费者所喜爱。葡萄柚汁通过对肠道转运蛋白及肠黏膜上皮细胞上代谢酶的影响从而改变很多口服药物的生物利用度。本文就国外近几年关于葡萄柚汁与药物相互作用的文献报道简要综述,并提出建议和展望。

The Effect of Grapefruit Juice on Clinical Drug

The consumption of grapefruit and its juice is increasing day by day in China. Because of containing many chemical compositions such as peetin,flavonoids, furocoumarin and so on, they are favored by more and more consumers. Acting on entero-transport protein and intestinal mucnsa metabolic enzyme, grapefruit juice can change the bioavailabillty of many oral drugs. Based on the articles published in recent years about effects of grapefruit juice on oral drugs, we propose some suggestions and prospects.
