摘    要:
目的 探讨家庭早期干预对早产儿在婴儿期智能发育的影响。方法 将180例在我院出生存活的早产儿,随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组在新生儿期即给予抚触、听背景音乐、看红球等刺激,出院后采用鲍秀兰《挖掘儿童潜能始于零岁~新生儿行为和0~3岁教育》中介绍的方法,指导家长在家中进行视、听、感知觉及运动方面的干预训练。用北京-Gesell婴幼儿发育检查方法监测干预组与对照组在3、6、12个月的发育商(DQ)。结果 干预组在适应性、大运动、精细运动、语言和社会交往5个能区与对照组相比,有显差异。结论 家庭早期干预对早产儿在婴儿期智能发育方面有良好的促进作用。家庭早期干预治疗经济方便、行之有效,家长易于接受。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of early family interference to premature's intelligent development during baby_stage.Methods 180 prematures born at Zhengzhou Maternity and Child_care Hospital were randomly divided into interference group and comparison group.The babies in the interference group got tactile impression,listened to background music and saw red balls.Parents gave them interference training at home including seeing,listening,sense impressions movement.The DQ of the babies in both groups was monitored with the method of Beining Gesell Baby Development Test when the babies were 3_months old,6_months old and 12 months old.Results The babies' ability in the interference group was obviously different from the babies in the comparison group.The abilities were including adaptability,language,social intercourse,limb movement and small joint movement.Conclusions Early family interference to premature can improve baby's intelligent development.The method is effective and economical.Parents can easily accept this kind of education.
