| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期系统康复治疗对重型颅脑损伤患者的康复疗效.方法120例患者依照病程分为病程<1个月组(G1)、病程1~3个月组(G2)、病程3~6个月组(G3)和病程6~12个月组(G4).治疗前及治疗后 2个月后分别采用 Fugl-Meyer 运动功能评定法(FMA)及改良的 Barthel 指数(MBI)进行评定.结果经过系统康复治疗,4组均有康复疗效(P<0.05),早期系统康复疗效优于晚期,尤其以 G1组疗效最佳(P<0.05).结论早期系统康复治疗有利于重型颅脑损伤患者康复. |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of early system rehabilitation treatment on severe brain injury.Methods 120 inpatients with severe brain injury were divided into 4 groups according to the disease course.Group 1: <1 month;Group 2: 1~3 months,Group 3: 3~6 months;Group 4: 6~12 months.Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) and Modified Barthel Index(MBI) were assessed before and 2 months after treatment.Results All groups were with better effects after treatment than before(P<0.05),early system rehabilitation had better effects especially for Group 1(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatment can facilitate the recovery of patients with severe brain injury. |
