鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎合并支气管哮喘的疗效

目的探讨慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉合并支气管哮喘患者鼻窦炎、鼻息肉治疗对哮喘的影响。方法回顾分析28例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉合并支气管哮喘患者的临床资料,接受鼻内镜手术治疗21例、保守治疗7例。结果 21例经鼻内镜手术治疗后,慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉治愈11例、好转6例、无效3例、复发1例,治愈率为52.4%、有效率为80.9%;合并的哮喘症状好转15例、无效6例,有效率为71.4%;慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉及支气管哮喘均有效13例,有效率为61.9%。保守治疗的7例中,鼻窦炎好转1例、无效3例,有效率为14.3%;哮喘好转2例、无效5例,有效率为28.6%。结论慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉合并支气管哮喘经鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎、鼻息肉后,能有效控制哮喘症状的发生。

Effects of endoscopic surgery on patients with chronic sinusitis complicated with bronchial asthma

Objective To explore the efficacy of the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps on patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps complicated with bronchial asthma. Methods Data of 28 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polypos complicated with bronchial asthma were reviewed retrospectively. Endoscopic sinus surgery （ESS） was performed in 21 cases and other 7 cases accepted the conservative treatment. Results In the 21 cases treated with ESS, 11 cases were cured, 6 were improved, 3 were not improved and 1 case recurred, with the cure rate being 52.4% and the effective rate being 80.9%. The complicated bronchial asthma was improved in 15 patients, was not improved in 6 patients, with the effective rate being 71.4%. Both the asthma and the chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps were improved in 13 patients with the effective rate being 61.9%. In the 7 patients who had undergone conserva- tive treatment, 1 case was improved, 3 cases were not improved with the effective rate being 14. 3%. The complicated asthma was improved in 2 patients, not in 5 patients, with the effective rate being 28.6%. Conclusions ESS was effective not only for chronic sinusitis but also for those complicated with asthma. （Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngol, 2012,12：209-211 ）
