| 原发性高血压伴脑出血患者心率变异性分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高血压伴脑出血患者心率变异性的临床意义。方法选择2008～2011年在我院行24h动态心电图检查的原发性高血压伴脑出血患者及原发性单纯高血压患者各40例,健康体检者40例,由计算机自动测出心率变异性时域各项指标。结果原发性高血压伴脑出血患者及原发性单纯高血压患者心率变异性各指标均低于健康对照组(P<0.05),原发性高血压伴脑出血患者心率变异性指标较原发性单纯高血压患者更低,两者相比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压伴脑出血患者自主神经功能损害较重,发生心血管疾病高危程度概率更大。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate effect of IL-6 and high sensitive C-reactive protein in differential diagnosis of tuberculous pleural effusion and malignant pleural effusion.Methods Samples of serum and pleural effusion from 60 cases of tuberculous pleural effusion and 70 cases of malignant pleural effusion were collected,IL-6 and HS-CRP levels in samples of serum and pleural effusion were obtained,and the diffirence of IL-6 and HS-CRP level in two groups of pleural effusion was to be compared.Results The IL-6 and HS-CRP levels of tuberculous pleural effusion group were higher than that of malignant pleural effusion group respectively(P<0.05),and the IL-6 and HS-CRP levels of two groups showed correlation.Conclusion The detection of IL-6 and HS-CRP levels of serum and malignant pleural effusion is one of the most important test in differential diagnosis of tuberculous tleural effusion and malignant pleural effusion. |
