蛋白质组学在中医药科研中的现状、问题及对策

蛋白质组学是后基因组时代的重要研究内容，其研究思路和方法更有利于阐明中医药理论的基本特点。目前中医药蛋白质组学研究主要集中于中医证候和中药药理分析等方面，但仍然存在许多问题，最主要的问题是研究结果大多为表象描述。今后应重视持续深入研究，整合蛋白质组学、分子生物学和生物信息学技术，以深刻阐明中医药理论，推动中医药研究之现代化。
