| 摘 要： | 目的:观察不同针刺方法治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效.方法:将140例周围性面神经麻痹患者随机分为电针治疗组和常规针灸治疗组各70例,两组患者针后均进行面部功能锻炼.结果:电针治疗组对受损伤的面神经的恢复疗效优于常规针灸对照组(P＜0.05).结论:电针疗法对面神经麻痹引起的面部肌肉瘫痪有较快、较好的恢复作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate clinical therapeutic effects of different acupuncture methods on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods One hundred and forty cases of peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into an electroacupuncture group and a routine acupuncture-moxibustion group,70 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups did functional exercise of face after acupuncture. Results The therapeutic effect for recovery of injured facial nerves in the electroacupuncture group was superior to that in the routine acupuncture-moxibustion group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture has a more rapid and better recovery action for paralysis of facial muscles induced by peripheral facial paralysis. |
