老年男性卒中患者留置尿管引起尿路感染的临床分析

目的探讨老年男性卒中患者留置尿管致尿路感染的相关因素。方法对200例老年男性卒中患者留置尿管后致尿路感染情况进行观察。结果200例留置尿管患者中有65例发生尿路感染,感染率为32.5%;留置尿管时间在3、7、10、15 d的感染率分别为3.0%、5.1%、10.3%、18.1%;有糖尿病、尿路结石、前列腺肥大、意识不清等患者容易发生尿路感染,尿培养中病原菌以大肠埃希菌最为常见。结论留置尿管持续的时间、糖尿病、尿路结石、前列腺肥大、意识不清是导致尿路感染的重要危险因素;针对各种相关因素,采取有效地预防措施,可降低感染率的发生。

Urinary Tract Infection due to Indwelling Catheter among Stroke Elderly Patients
