| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨痛风有效治疗方法。[方法]治疗组61例采用中药内服、外敷方法。对照组25例用口服秋水仙碱。[结果]中医治疗组显效、好转、无效、有效率为53、5、3、95.8%;秋水仙碱组为8、15、2、92.0%。[结论]中药内服与外敷结合、扶正祛邪兼顾方法治疗痛风急性关节炎有良效。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To discuss effective method for gouty. [Method] Treatment group 61 cases take orally and external application of Chinese drugs. The control one 25 cases orally take colchicines. [Result] For the treatment group, the rates of marked effect, better, no effect and effect were 53%, 5%, 3%, 95.8% respectively; 8%, 15%, 2% and 92.0% for the control one. [Conclusion] It has better effect to treat gouty acute arthritis with orally taking and external application of Chinese drugs, paying attention to reinforcing body resistance to removing pathogeny. |
