| 摘 要： | 目的观察异丙酚联合小剂量芬太尼静脉推注应用于无痛人工流产术中的综合临床效果,探讨适合无痛人流术的有效麻醉方法。方法将300例从2006年9月到2008年8月入住普宁市妇幼保健院接受人工流产手术的患者随机平均分为两组。对照组在手术前单纯注射异丙酚,实验组在对照组的基础上加注芬太尼。评价和分析两组宫颈松弛程度、手术出血量、术后并发症、手术时间和麻醉效果等数据。结果实验组用药追加次数少,在各方面指数均优于对照组。结论异丙酚联合小剂量芬太尼片应用于无痛人流对呼吸系统抑制作用小,术后并发症小,效果明显,能显著提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广和应用。 |
