| 摘 要： | 目的探讨米氮平合用舒必利治疗抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法对符合CCMD-3诊断标准中抑郁症的80例患者随机分为研究组(合用组40例)和对照组(单用米氮平组40例),治疗8周,采用汉米顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和不良反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和药物不良反应。结果研究组疗效显著高于对照组,而不良反应和对照组相当。结论米氮平合用小剂量舒必利治疗抑郁症的疗效优于单用米氮平,不良反应不增加,治疗依从性高。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and side events of Mirtazapine combined small dose of Sulpiride treating depression.Methods 80 cases were identified as depression according to CCMD-3 and randomly assigned to study group(Mirtazapine combined Sulpiride,n=40) for 8 weeeks.Effects and side reactions were evaluated separately with HAMD and TESS before and after the treatment.Results In the corresponding time period,the effect of study group was significantly higher than control group,while their adverse effect was considerable.Conclusion Mirtazapine combined small dose of Sulpiride to depression has better effect.The adverse effect doesn't become more serious,and the treatment compliance is fairly supernal. |
