应用解剖钢板治疗股骨近端骨折35例

目的探讨应用解剖钢板治疗股骨近端骨折的方法及疗效。方法应用解剖钢板治疗股骨近端骨折35例,其中股骨粗隆间骨折23例,股骨颈基底骨折12例。结果 35例患者随访12～36个月,平均15个月。优18例,良13例,中4例,优良率88.6%。本组未发现骨折不愈合及股骨头坏死,无一例发生髋内翻、肢体短缩、内固定物松动。结论应用解剖钢板治疗股骨近端骨折具有适应证广泛、并发症少、操作简单、功能恢复相对可靠等优点,是治疗股骨近端骨折的理想方法之一。

Application of Anatomic Plate in Treatment of Proximal Femoral Fracture:A Report of 35 Cases

Objective To explore the method and therapy effect of the application of anatomic plate in the treatment of proximal femoral fracture. Methods We applied the anatomic plate in the treatment of proximal femoral fracture in 35 cases including 23 cases of intertrochanteric fracture and 12 eases of femoral neck basement fracture. Results All the 35 cases were followed up for 12 to 36 months, with an average of 15 months, and 18 cases were fine and 13 cases were better and 4 cases were general, with an excellent rate of 88.6%. No osteoneerosis of the femoral head, eoxa vara, limb shortening and loosed internal fixation occurred. Conclusion The application of anatomic plate in the treatment of proximal femoral fracture shows extensive indications, fewer complications, simple operation and reliable function of the relative recovery, which is the ideal treatment of proximal femoral fracture.
