痰热清注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效观察

目的观察痰热清注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效及安全性。方法将104例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各52例,两组均给予阿奇霉素治疗7d,在此基础上治疗组另加痰热清注射液治疗。结果两组退热时间及咳、痰、喘、肺部口罗音和阴影消失所需时间比较,均有显著性差异,治疗组明显短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组的显效率为86.5%,显著高于对照组的65.4%(P<0.05);治疗组的总有效率为96.2%,也显著高于对照组的80.8%(P<0.05),且未见明显副作用。结论痰热清注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎安全、有效,值得临床推广。

Curative Effect Observation on Tanreqing Injection in Treatment of Children''''s Bronchopneumonia

Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of Tanreqing injection in treatment of children's bronchopneumonia. Methods 104 cases with bronchopneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group (n=52) and control group (n=52). Two groups received Azithromycin for seven days. In addition, the treatment group was given Tanreqing injection for seven days.Results There was significantly difference between two groups in duration of fever and disappearing time of cough, expectoration, asthma, pulmonary rattle and consolidation (P<0.01). The improving rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (86.5% vs 65.4%,P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (96.2% vs 80.8%, P<0.05), and had few side effects. Conclusion Tanreqing injection treatment on children's bronchopneumonia is effective and safe.
