| 摘 要： | 目的比较瑞芬太尼和芬太尼在支撑喉镜下喉肿物摘除术中的麻醉效果，探讨瑞芬太尼用于此类手术的应用价值。方法选择ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级择期喉肿物手术患者40例，随机分为瑞芬太尼组和芬太尼组，每组20例，双盲条件下观察两组患者围麻醉期血流动力学的变化及麻醉苏醒质量。结果瑞芬太尼组在麻醉诱导、麻醉维持、麻醉苏醒期间有多时点与芬太尼组血流动力学指标比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），瑞芬太尼组术后呼吸恢复时间与芬太尼组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论瑞芬太尼与芬太尼比较更适合应用于支撑喉镜下喉肿物摘除术的麻醉。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe differences in effectiveness of anaesthesia between remifentanil and fentanyl in pedestal laryngoscope operation of vocal polyp extirpation and to evaluate the application value of remifentanil. Methods Forty patients scheduled for vocal polyp extirpation （ASA Ⅰ -Ⅱ ） were selected and randomly divided into remifentanil group and fentanyl group. The hemodynamics during anaesthesia and quality of resuscitation were recorded in double-blind comparison. Results Compared with fentanyl group, remifentanil group had statistic significance in points of anesthetic induction, maintainece and resucitation. Conclusion Remifentanil is better suited for anesthesia in pedestal laryngoscope operation of vocal polyp extirpation. |
