| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨利用模拟仿真抢救演练,提高护理人员急救能力的实践效果。方法:对临床常见的危重抢救病例进行整理,拟出抢救程序,进行学习及演示训练。结果:实施情景演练后,护士的急救能力及综合素质得到明显提高,医师对护理工作的满意率及危重病人抢救成功度较前也有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:采用情景模拟抢救演练,能有效提高护理人员的综合素质,从而提高危重病人的抢救成功率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the use of a simulation rescue training nursing staff capacity and improve the practical effect.Methods:To see clinical common dying cases of rescue,and out the rescue procedures,study and training.the demonstration.Results:Situation after implementation of training,the nurse of first aid and comprehensive quality been improved obviously(P<0.05),the doctor′s care the patient′s satisfaction rate and patients to save a tremendous success rate would increase(P<0.05).Conclusion:Use scenario walkthrough could improve the quality of the nursing staff and thus enhance dying the patient′s saving rate. |
