持续质量改进在住院患者陪检工作中的应用

目的:通过护士积极参与持续质量改进,探讨陪检方法,提高患者满意度。方法:详细介绍了持续质量改进在护理陪检中的应用,分析存在的问题,确定目标,制定相应质量改进方案,统一陪检流程,对实施质量改进前后的患者满意度进行比较。结果:改进后比改进前患者满意度显著提高。结论:持续质量改进是一个不断渐进的过程,在实施结果的过程中,须不断发现新问题并持续改正,而遵循护理质量持续改进原则有助于实现护理质量的有效管理。

Application of continuous quality improvement in accompany-by-check work of hospitalized patients

Objective：To study accompany-by-check method,shorten the examination time,and improve patient satisfaction through the nurse participates actively in the continuous quality improvement.Methods：We introduced the application of continuous quality improvement in nursing accompany-by-check work in detail.We analyzed existing problems,determined a goal,made corresponding quality improvement plan,unified accompany-by-check process.We also compared the examination time and the patient satisfaction after implementation of quality improvement.Results：The examination time was shortened and the patient satisfaction significantly enhanced after implementation of quality improvement.Conclusion：Continuous quality improvement is a constant gradual process.We should constantly find new problems and continues to correct between the process of the implementation.And following the principle of continuous improvement in nursing quality can help to realize the effective management of the nursing quality.
