全程健康教育在老年血液透析患者中的应用

目的:对老年血液透析患者实施全程健康教育以提高患者治疗依从性及生活质量。方法:对2011年1～12月30例老年血液透析患者实行全程健康教育,从住院→深静脉长期置管→动静脉内瘘→透析中心规律血液透析,适时进行宣教,发放宣传资料,电话随访及家访,跟踪服务。结果:患者血压、血糖、肌酐维持在较理想状态。结论:对老年血液透析患者进行全程健康教育,可以建立朋友式的护患关系,使之遵从医嘱,调整心态,自觉采纳有益于健康的行为和生活方式,切实提高生活质量。

Application of full-stage health education in elderly hemodialysis patients

Objective：Through full-stage health education to improve patient compliance and quality of life.Methods：30 patients throughout the implementation of full-stage health education from January to December 2011,from inpatient to deep vein tube indwelling,long-term internal arteriovenous fistula and dialysis center of hemodialysis,timely undertake propaganda,publicity materials,telephone follow-up and home visits,tracking service.Results：Patients＇ blood pressure,blood glucose,creatinine is maintained in an ideal state.Conclusion：Elderly hemodialysis patients for full-stage health education can be established friends of the nurse-patient relationship,to follow the doctor＇s advice,adjust state of mind,consciously accept healthy behavior and way of life,improve the quality of life.
