| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者尿微量自蛋白／肌酐与超敏C-反应蛋白的关系。方法将54例老年2型糖尿病患者按照尿微量白蛋白／肌酐的不同．分为两组：A组30例（尿微量白蛋白／肌酐〈20mg／g），B组24例（尿微量白蛋白／肌酐≥20mg／g），分别测定超敏C-反应蛋白。结果A组的超敏C-反应蛋白明显低于B组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论尿微量白蛋白／肌酐与超敏C-反应蛋白有密切关系，慢性炎症反应的强度与糖尿病肾病的严重程度相关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between urinary albumin - creatinin ration （UAlb/cr） and high sensitive C - reactive protein（ hs - CRP） in elderly people with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 54 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into 2 groups according to UAlb/cr, group A （UAlb/er 〈 20 mg/g）30 cases, group B （UAlb/cr≥20mg/g） 24 eases. The hs - CRP was examined at the same time. Results hs - CRP in group A was lower than that in B group, with significant differenee（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion In elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, UAlb/cr is correlated with hs-CRP,whieh indicates chronic inflammation participated the progression of diabetes nephropathy. |
