132颗畸形中央尖早期治疗效果观察

目的 评价两种方法对畸形中央尖早期治疗的效果,探讨畸形中央尖早期治疗的最佳方法。方法临床收集未感染型畸形中央尖72例132颗牙,分别采用多次磨除法和盖髓术两种活髓保存治疗方法,追踪随访1．2年,观察治疗效果。结果其中64颗牙采用多次磨除法,有效率为87．5％。68颗牙采用盖髓术一次完成充填,有效率为88．6％。结论两种方法均取得较好的治疗效果,无明显差别,因盖髓术复诊次数少,相对适应证广,节约时间,建议对临床所遇到的未感染型畸形中央尖采用盖髓术一次完成充填。

The effect of early treatment on 132 abnormal Central cusp teeth

Objective To evaluate the clinical effective of two methods on the treatment of abnormal central cusp teeth. Methods 132 non - infected abnormal central cusp teeth were collected from 72 cases, 64 of which were treated with the method of grinding for several times, and the others were given the method of pulp capping. Results For the teeth given the method of grinding, the effective rate was 87.5% after 1to 2 years; the effective percent of the other teeth treated with pulp capping was 87.5%. No significant difference was found between these two methods. Conclusion Both of grinding and pulp capping were effective for the treatment of abnormal central cusp teeth. But the method of pulp capping was suggested as it needed less time and only once to finish the treatment.
