数字减影血管造影术患者术后躯体疼痛的相关因素分析

目的探讨数字减影血管造影术患者术后躯体疼痛的相关因素和护理对策。方法以自行拟定数字减影血管造影术患者术后躯体疼痛相关因素调查表、家庭关怀度量表、综合医院焦虑/抑郁情绪测定量表、疼痛视觉模拟评分尺,对118例患者进行评估,经多元线性回归分析确定相关因素。结果家庭关怀程度、术中时间、术后使用止血器、受教育程度、术后置管时间、焦虑指数和尿潴留7个因素为有效因素。结论数字减影血管造影术患者术后躯体疼痛是多因素协同作用的结果,术前、术后采取有效措施能降低患者术后躯体疼痛。

The related factors of postoperative physical discomfort in patients after digital subtraction angiography

Objective To investigate the related factors of postoperative physical discomforts in patients after digital subtraction angiography. Methods Family APGAR Index, Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale （ HADS）, Visual Analogue Scale （ V AS）, and the self - designed questionnaire were used to investigate 118 patients after digital subtraction angiography. And the multiple linear regression was used to determine the related factors Results There were 7 factors including operation duration, retention time of the duct after the operation, education degree, family concern, body mass index, use of hemostat, anxiety and urinary retention. Conclusion Nurses should take effective measures to decrease the discomforts of the patients after digital subtraction angiography.
