T2图和扩散加权成像对膝关节软骨早期损伤的临床应用研究

摘    要:目的:研究T2图(T2-mapping)扩散加权成像(DWI)在早期软骨损伤中的临床诊断价值。方法:30例正常志愿者和42例早期骨软骨损伤患者分别行B图和DWI,所得图像经工作站后处理测量软骨的T2值和ADC值。统计学比较正常组和早期软骨损伤组软骨T2值和ADC值有无差异。结果:正常组软骨的平均T2值和ADC值分别为(39.54±4.02)ms和(1.44±0.17)×10^-3mm^2/s;早期软骨损伤组为(51.58±4.15)ms和(1.78±0.35)×10^-3mm^2/s;其T2值和ADC值有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论:早期软骨损伤时软骨的T2值和ADC值均有明显升高,T2图和扩散加权成像对诊断早期软骨损伤具有很高的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical diagnostic value of T2-mapping and DWI in early cartilage injury.Methods:72 subjects ineluding healthy group (n = 30), early cartilage injure group (n = 42) underwent MR scan with T2-mapping and DWI. Through post-processed in workstation, T2 value and ADC value of cartilage were measured and the differences were statistically analyzed between the two groups. Results:Tile mean T2 and ADC value of cartilage were(39.54 ± 4.02) ms and (1.44 ±0.17)× 10^-3 mm^2/s, in healthy group, respectively. (51.58 ± 4.15) ms and (1.78 ± 0.35) × 10^-3 mm^2/s in early cartilage injure group, respectively, which were significant difference between healthy and early cartilage injury group ( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion:T2 value and ADC value of cartilage in early artilage injury group are obviously increased, MR T2-mapping and DWI have highly clinical value in diagnosis of early articular cartilage injury.
